Dear Business Owners:               

For more than 70 years, Irondequoit Little League (IRLL) has been committed to providing Irondequoit youth baseball and softball players with an educational and fun experience. IRLL is a part of Little League International, the largest youth sports organization in the world, and offers programs for boys and girls ages 4 to 16. Your support allows kids to build more than just athletic skills; powerful lessons in leadership, perseverance, discipline, sportsmanship and teamwork happen on the field. Our staff and coaches are volunteers and family members of registered players and are a huge part in providing the best experiences for our players.

Our mission is to provide a safe, enjoyable and positive athletic experience for our children by creating not only better players, but more importantly, better people. Our league has been committed to focusing on building the fundamental skills each player will take with them as they transition into Jr. and Sr. High school level play.

IRLL is a 501 (c) (3) not for profit corporation (EIN 16-0836525) with annual audited financial review. Furthermore, we receive no funding from the town. League income comes from registration fees, special events, concessions, donations and from the many business sponsors. We had over 20 total sponsors in the 2024 season.

With the 2025 season just around the corner, planning is underway for another exciting and fun filled season (April through October) covering regular, tournament, and fall ball activities. Without sponsors, we wouldn't be able to successfully support the number of teams in the league, nor would we have the program quality that we have worked very hard to uphold. Every dollar of your tax-deductible sponsorship will help us improve and maintain our facilities, maintain our fields, replace worn equipment, purchase uniforms and more!

The following are highlights from 2024:

• Restoration of 2 CTK baseball fields
• New equipment purchased for both baseball and softball teams
• New field maintenance equipment acquired for all fields
• Baseball and softball clinics offered to improve player skills
• Supported nearly 600 families in Irondequoit with baseball and softball programs
• Enhanced Opening Day Parade, celebrating the start of the season with a community event
• Spring end-of-season party hosted to celebrate player achievements and bring families together
• Purchase of an AED for the CTK fields to comply with new NYS legislation

We invite you to consider renewing your sponsorship if you've supported IRLL in the past, or to join us as a new sponsor this year. The accompanying document outlines the details of the available sponsorship options. If the options do not fully meet your needs, we are happy to discuss customized opportunities with you. To ensure timely uniform printing, we kindly request that the completed form, along with payment, be submitted by March 31, 2025.
